What is Court Services ? If you represent clients who have been charged with a misdemeanor or felony and who may have substance abuse and/or mental health issues, there are many potential benefits for seeking help before you go to trial. Prosecutors, judges and even juries tend to look more favorably on defendants who acknowledge that they may have a problem and take proactive steps to address it by seeking treatment.
