Sagamore Council What Sagamore Council will do: -Conduct a coordinated marketing campaign -Provide all marketing collateral -Provide an online registration and payment method-(BETA) -Provide unit/den curriculum for rocket launches -Provide Rocket Launch event- 9/12/2015 -Provide Credit Card payment method

Provide a Join Scouting Night Packet for Each Pack which includes: School Night for Scouting Checklist for Unit Leaders Registration table Checklist School Night for Scouting Fee Information Youth Applications Adult Applications List of Units and dates of Pack Meetings Boy’s Life Mini Mags

District Role What the Districts will do: -Meet with Each Unit -Create a Unit Assessment -Develop a custom plan that meets each unit’s specific needs -Meet with Each Elementary School Principal -Reserve the location -Conduct appropriate school visit(boy talks) -Track All School Coverages -Includes all public, private, and parochial schools -Ensures every school has coverage on August 27 th

Pack Role What each Pack will do: -Staff every Elementary School on August 27 th to register New Scouts -Provide “Just a Sign-up Night” -Pack program plan, Unit Contact Information, Parent Meeting Date, Time and Place -Pack Budget -Next Pack Meeting, Date, Time and Place -FAQ for your pack -Turn in applications at District Turn-In Centers on August 27 th -Turn In Locations TBA will be announced at the July Meeting -Designate a separate meeting for parent orientation
