Constantine’ s birth home is Naissus, Upper Moesia. Constantine the great was born on 2/27/ around 285 A.D.. Son of Helena, the Innkeepers Daughter, and Constantine Chlorus.

Constantine The Great was the ruler of the Roman Empire for more than 30 years. He was the first to use an emblem/symbol in his armed forces a flag with a cross on it. He was opposed by Maxentius who he defeated three times, first near Turin, then under the walls of Verona, and finally in the vicinity of Rome, 28th October, 312,

Intelligent Constantine the great was intelligent because he was a ruler of the Roman Empire for over 30 years. Constantine proved an officer of much promise when serving under Diocletin’s Ceasar Galerius against the Persians. Promising

Constantine was the first one to use an emblem/symbol in his armed forces of a flag with a cross on it. Constantine kept the Roman Empire going strong for over 30 years after he took Rome empire status.

Constantine the Great used power because from what we read he never started a war. Also because he proved an officer of much promise when serving under Diocletin’s Ceasar Galerius.

Constantine died on 5/22/337 A.D.. Constantine died of natural cause. After Constantine the great died of illness at Ebuarum “York” the troops hailed Constantine as the new Augustus.

He managed the unlikely task of both centralizing the Roman Empire and setting the stage for it’s ultimate fragmentation. Constantine the Great converted to Christianity as a result of a vision he had in a battle. Through Constantine the Great married Fausta, her father Maximillion, now returned to power in Rome knowledge him as Augustus.

Constantine’s parents were Helena and Constantius Chlorus. Constantine was married to Minervina. His two kids names are Crispus and Fausta Flavia Maximas.
