MER students – look for duplicate UIC Student Search function Check add/drop book, CA-60 requests Consider exit forms if not already doing Check your graduation list against CEPI’s Track down any kids not on CEPI’s list Summer grads reported through SRM Must have 8/31 or earlier graduation & “as of” date “As of” – When it happened, NOT when reported Graduation & Dropout Review

16 Graduation and Dropout Reporting Task Checklist 1.Know the Timeline. 2.Review 2008, 2009, 2010 cohort summary reports in MSDS. 3.Review preliminary rates in the Grad/Dropout Review and Comment Application. 4.Verify all 2010 grads were reported in the EOY General Collection. Report omissions in SRM by August Submit summer grads by Sept. 28, 2010.
