Testimonies of Current GML scholars Soo-Han Yeoh, Malaysia Yeoh wants to empower the church to change her society's perspective toward people with disabilities beginning with the local congregation. "The study of social policy at the graduate level will provide me the knowledge base to address grass-root issues to facilitate change." BAYLOR PHOTOGRAPHY

Testimonies of Current GML scholars Sambo Klauth, Cambodia Klauth is committed to seeing holistic change in his native country, where a multitude of girls are forced into the sex trafficking industry. "I trust God and strongly believe that, with God's help, my graduate education will empower me to create solutions to address needs in my country through working cooperatively with the government and relevant stakeholders." BAYLOR PHOTOGRAPHY

Testimonies of Current GML scholars Sovannara Moch, Cambodia Moch wants to provide opportunities for the children of her country to escape their crushing poverty, which often leads to enslavement in the global sex trafficking industry. "I believe that God loves me equally as those who are hurting and those who hurt others, too. God has called me and put a passion in my heart to serve the hurting and oppressed.” BAYLOR PHOTOGRAPHY

Catalysts for Change After return to home countries, GML MSW graduates will have the opportunity to become field supervisors for future BU MSW students interning in international field placements. GML MSW graduates will also have the opportunity to make significant impact on the social work profession in their own countries.

An Invitation for Partnership Your research grant of $25,000 annually for two years will provide a student stipend, living expenses, travel and related costs; $50,000 will fully fund a student for the program. In turn, you will prepare a global leader for a lifetime of Christian ministry and service in his or her nation of the world.

Responding to Cries of Injustice We hear the cries of the oppressed. We are responding to the hopes of the helpless. Will you join us in this endeavor?
