Trouble with Audio? Can’t hear or speak? Or is sound coming through the wrong speakers? 1. Leave the Audio portion of the meeting by clicking Audio at the bottom of the Participants Panel. 2. Use the Audio Setup Wizard that can be found under Audio in the menu bar. 3. Re-enter the audio portion of the meeting by clicking Call Using Computer. Try leaving and re-entering the audio portion of the meeting only by clicking on "Audio" in the Participants tab, and then Leave Audio Conference and Call Using Computer. No need to go through the audio setup wizard this time. Still having audio problems? Please call WebEx support at You will need to give the support person the meeting number for the class.
