Activity Tracker This is Activity Tracker for residents of Living It Up Retirement Community. This is a pocket sized guide that can easily be transported with the residents. The format will remain consistent every week, and residents will be able to get a new activity tracker from Janet Min (Activities Director – during the open house in the fitness facility), or from the front reception desk. There are 4 pages of the Activity Tracker in this sample, however the official Activity Tracker will have 10 pages. Page 3 will actually repeat itself, for every day of the week, only the ‘Day #’ will change.
