Introduction  Automotive Technology is an ever growing business  The industry is changing and in desperate need of technicians who can change with it

Industry  Automotive Technicians need to be able to diagnose complex problems and understand how systems interact with each other

Task  You will be given a repair order with a customer complaint  It will be your job to find the diagnostic and repair steps to be followed

Process  You will need to gather to following information from your repair order: Year of Vehicle Year of Vehicle Make of Vehicle Make of Vehicle Model of Vehicle Model of Vehicle Engine Size Engine Size VIN Number VIN Number Customer Complaint Customer Complaint
