RULES : MODAL + HAVE (not) + PAST PARTICIPLE 1.Use should have to express regret for something that happened or did not happened in the past. (feeling sorry) 2. Use may have / might have / could have, to express past possibilities or a past choice. Unit 4 – p. 72 PAST MODALS 2
