Vertebra of Spinal column Here is where spinal cord lives. Nerves leave spinal cord from between vertebrae (thus if discus moves, or pinch) there is pain (similar to facia paralysis following inflamation of facial nerve, or oppression of optic nerve by pituitary tumor).
