Fiorucci: from Norcia to the world

Fiorucci: an Italian story of passion Innocenzo Fiorucci was the owner of a «Norcineria», a shop specialized in the curing, butchering and sale of pork. The breakthrough year came in 1915 when, from Norcia, Innocenzo moved to Rome and created, during a century, a real chain of traditional shops, obtaining a great success all over the capital. In 1950 Cesare Fiorucci, Innocenzo’s son, created an industrial model with the aim of combining the italian artisan tradition with the industrial dimension. Cesare’s son, Ferruccio, continues what his father had started and in 1985 Fiorucci goes to the conquest of foreign countries with the main purpose to be a symbol of the most authentic essence of Made in Italy. Today, Fiorucci is present in more than 60 countries, offering unique products and continuing to transmit italian values and traditions born 150 years ago in the small town of Norcia

The secret of a good ham is contained in the careful selection of the meat’s cut, in finding the best spices and cooking times. Fiorucci houses the oldest recipes, each characterized by its own blend of delicate flavors. Every product, as per tradition, has a fascinating diversity enhanced by gentle steaming. Mortadella is one of the oldest salumi in history, over the centuries has captured the most delicate and demanding palates. The secret of our mortadella is the skillful use of spices to enrich the flavor and enhance it with a pinch of sugar and the addition of high quality pistachio. Our products  MORTADELLA The dry sausage is one of the most representative products of Italian gastronomy. From 1850 Fiorucci epitomizes this great Italian cultural heritage, through a rich history of imagination, commitment and competence.  DRY SAUSAGES  COOKED HAM

The variety of Fiorucci’s hot dog is incredibly generous: some are real gourmet specialties, others combine the quality and practicality ideal for today's family. The best and finest meats, traditional cooking methods that provide a slow browning, the use of spices and the intense aroma make of "Rostelleria Italiana Fiorucci” dishes that meet the preferences of good food’s lovers and that are ready to be enjoyed. Our products  OTHER COOKED Weather, wind, passion and experience: from these ingredients was born the dry ham, the most famous and popular among the Italian Deli meat. The same care in aging is dedicated to our dry specialties: guanciale, carpaccio, bresaola, speck, pancetta, coppa.  DRY HAM & DRY SPECIALTIES  HOT DOG
