National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs "Fun, Learning and Achievement" Rally Theme – Get Involved, Be the Change: We also met with local leaders from the Irish community and it was interesting to hear that like us they suffer with young people leaving rural areas and rarely returning. Main Objectives of the Rally were to help empower and mobilise Rural Youth, by equipping them with the skills and tools to bring about change in their local communities We participated in a several workshops looking at youth leadership in rural areas. We shared ideas and examples and acted out various scenarios which was great fun!
