Past Math Classes “Cookie Cutter” appearance Row of desks Small lined scribblers Pencils Textbooks Teacher in the front

Common Instruction Predictable, quiet classroom Traditional teaching format

Math Teachers Since math is very logical, so it attracts teachers who have the same teaching style. Therefore, math has been taught the same way it has been taught for decades: Teacher-centered approach.

Change in Teaching Strategies Many math teachers have searched for ways to enhance their curriculum by using digital media. Want to push their students’ critical thinking skills.

Digital Media Teachers now use digital media to facilitate critical thinking and higher order learning. Use math-related online projects and resources.

Students’ Improvements Help express what they know and how they know it. Will challenge their thinking skills.
