Decision to Privatize Education Program Made in late 2006 RFP Developed and Advertised in August 2006 Contractor to provide entertaining and educational classroom presentation and or assembly programs about solid waste and household hazardous waste reduction, reuse, recycling, and composting to seven through twelfth grade students. Grade Requirement Expanded to K-12 in Contractor shall offer and provide the program to all schools whether public, private, parochial, or alternative.
