What are Limiting Beliefs?  Limiting Beliefs are awareness + choice + action = positive change. They are incidents and things that happened to you as a child. This is a viewpoint from that childhood upbringing that you have in your mind now. You can become aware of who you are today, but make changes for the future. Who will you be tomorrow?  Do you often hear a person’s voice in your head telling you something negative about you that you actually believe such as “you are not pretty or no one wants a fat girl for a wife”? You are not a bright man, don’t bother getting married cause nobody will marry you. (Recognizable Voice) It is called the inner critic.  {Just step briefly with everyone into their past, and get them to think about who they are and where they are now.} They should just think about what happened to them, but what they can do now to change their behaviors for the future. Let them relax and think for a moment. They can write down their fears, experiences and let go.  Limiting Beliefs are awareness + choice + action = positive change.
