Merge of 414’s After all the 414’s are merged, we will pull out all the summary 9 records for Railroad to Railroad. Transaction Set Purpose Code 31 and 32 only. Summaries will be run by a Negative Payable table created by each railroad and if the amount is within the threshold then CHDX will pass records over to the RCH for processing. © 2007 Railinc. If the summary 9 record is rejected by the threshold table, then the Car Hire Settlement Code will be changed. If CTC03 equals 1, the rejected code is A If CTC03 equals 2, the rejected code is B If CTC03 equals 9, the rejected code is Z Receiving railroad will get the detail and summary records with rejection codes © 2007 Railinc.
