What Homework?  Homework Folder – Sent home Monday; Due Friday  Book Reports are due the last Friday of most months.  Incomplete classwork  READ! 15+ minutes daily – includes book for book report, Phonics Readers, as well as recreational reading.  Math flash cards or other drill and practice of basic facts  Phonics Practice/Spelling Practice  Grammar/Writing  Special Projects

Whose Homework?  Check your student’s homework for: –Completion –Understanding –Quality  Assist your student with: –Practicing math facts 5-10 minutes daily –Reviewing math concepts for Chapter Tests –Reviewing returned corrected papers  READ WITH YOUR CHILD DAILY!
