Purpose Provide RMS and its Working groups/Taskforces with clarity and understanding around issues Provide structure to the process of receiving, completing, and documenting issues

Process Issue Request Form is submitted to RMS or its Working group/Taskforce Request form is reviewed and priority is mutually agreed upon Prioritization follows same format as the PRS project prioritization process Submitter discusses the issue at the next scheduled WG/TF meeting Resolution is mutually agreed upon by the submitter and the working group/task force Update, including resolution/recommendation, is presented at the next RMS meeting (if necessary) ERCOT logs the issue, including updates and resolution
