What doctors say about breakfast.. Breakfast boosts your metabolism, jumpstarts your energy for the day, and helps with memory, concentration and mood. नाश्ता सुबह के हर काम में स्फूर्ति देता है, स्मरण शक्ति और एकाग्रता बढाता है

A breakfast at home is a must. A hungry child is a dull child. Milk is NOT a complete breakfast for your five year old child. भूखा बच्चा आलसी और सुस्त बच्चा है | दूध एक परिपूर्ण भोजन नहीं हैं. ठोस आहार ही सीखने के लिए शक्ति देता है. Food gives energy to concentrate and learn.

See that they eat right. No junk food like noodles, biscuits or cakes to be sent for tiffin time. Send wholesome food like chapaties, dosas, idlies, paratha,pulao etc. Send napkins. Avoid plastic containers for sending water. Send sufficient drinking water.

Tiffin –time between am The tiffin box must be leak proof. Send a napkin, a spoon along with the tiffin box. See that the child knows how to open and close the tiffin box. Send only sufficient and easy to eat food.

Supervise their studies at home. Use the monthly split up of syllabus given to see that your child is on track with regard to her reading,spelling, speaking writing, arithmetic and other skills. Do check the rough books and diary everyday and affix your signature as an acknowledgement- that is the only way to know that the message has reached you. Try to speak in English at home- it makes a BIG difference even if you watch English news on TV.

Evaluation at school There are no formal tests or exams in classes I and II. टेस्ट नहीं हैं Everyday the child is evaluated through worksheets. हर रोज मूल्यांकन Listening and speaking skills, mental math skills, observation and identification skills are also tested. सुनाने, बोलने, दिमागी गणित आदि का मूल्यांकन Report cards will be given in October and March. रिपोर्ट कार्ड अक्टूबर और मार्च में

Meet the teacher Meet the teachers at least once a month on a Saturday between 2.30 P M and 3.30 PM and see work done by your child. बच्चे कि तरक्की पर चर्चा करने पर शनिवार 2.30 to 30pm के बीच टीचर से मिलें.

If child is sick Keep the child at home if you have an appointment with the doctor. डॉक्टर से मिलवाना हो तो बच्चे को घर पर ही रखें. Short leave is not permitted. छोटी अवधि की छुट्टी नहीं मिलेगी If the child isn’t well, keep her at home. बीमार बच्चा घर पर ही सुरक्षित और सुखी हैं. It is difficult for a sick child to stay at school. स्कूल में उसका देखभाल a little difficult हैं.

Evening time MUST be playtime. Avoid TV during evenings. शाम को टी वी ना चलायें | Play with your child but let her play with her friends too. बच्चों को दोस्तों के साथ खेलने दें |

Switch the TV off. Keep active – Limit the number of hours your kid spends in front of the TV and computer, and encourage them to go for walks with you around the park.

If your child is going to use a private / chartered vehicle… Handover the names AND classes of at least two older children who use the same transport. Teach your child to identify her bus/ van. Write down the phone number of the driver in the child’s diary. Teach your child not to run towards the vehicles- for there are many vehicles at going -home time.

Planning a visit to your village ? Make use of vacations announced by the school. गाँव छुट्टियों में ही जाएँ | If it is an emergency, please get leave sanctioned by the Principal/Headmaster before you leave. Inform the Class teacher.

Encourage your child to share and care..for kids अपने बच्चों को आपस में मिलजुलकर रहना सिखाएं | सब बच्चे भगवान के ही रूप हैं.
