RULE DEVELOPMENT Revised Rules Rule 301 – Permit Fees $120 application fee no longer credited to engineering billing. Rule 302 – Permit Fee Schedules Addition of agricultural engine registration schedule. Moved to tier fees based on horsepower. Addition of commercial solar power generation schedule. Requires these facilities to obtain permits. Rule 303 – Miscellaneous Fees Increased hourly engineering analysis fee from $88 to $100 per hour. Removed Stationary Agricultural Engine Registration fee schedule and added to Rule 302. RULE DEVELOPMENT New Rule Rule – Agricultural Operations The purpose of this Rule is to prevent, reduce, and mitigate ambient concentrations of anthropogenic fugitive dust emissions generated from agricultural operations through implementation of Conservation Management Practices.
