RULE DEVELOPMENT  Revised Rules  Rule 301 – Permit Fees  $120 application fee no longer credited to engineering billing.  Rule 302 – Permit Fee Schedules  Addition of agricultural engine registration schedule. Moved to tier fees based on horsepower.  Addition of commercial solar power generation schedule. Requires these facilities to obtain permits.  Rule 303 – Miscellaneous Fees  Increased hourly engineering analysis fee from $88 to $100 per hour.  Removed Stationary Agricultural Engine Registration fee schedule and added to Rule 302.  Rule 402 – Fugitive Dust  Addition of details of types and uses of applicable soil stabilizers and dust suppressants.  Addition of PM 10 Air Monitoring option  Addition and revision of definitions

RULE DEVELOPMENT  New Rule  Rule – Agricultural Operations  The purpose of this Rule is to prevent, reduce, and mitigate ambient concentrations of anthropogenic fugitive dust emissions generated from agricultural operations through implementation of Conservation Management Practices.  Outlines Conservation Management Practices for facilities larger than 10 acres  Land preparation and cultivation  Harvest Activities  Unpaved roads and traffic area  Windblown Dust
