This training course aims to enhanceknowledge of the participants in designing and developing quality assurance (QA) systems and implementing QA activities for improvement of education at university level. At the end of the course, the participants will be able to: 1. Identify gaps of major framework and process being practiced in Thailand, in comparison to approaches being used in Bangladesh 2. Set logical guidelines for planning QA programs and identify goals and standards that will be followed by universities 3. Review key concepts of result-based management approach and tools for application in QA project management 4. Be acquainted with techniques to maintain relevance of QA projects with QA goals 5. Apply advanced monitoring & evaluation tools for overseeing QA and reporting TRAINING OBJECTIVES
