Description of WP 4 : Organizing the activities aimed at providing language support at HEIs in Serbia in order to enable their full participation in EHEA. To be achieved through: A4.1: Establishing cooperation networks among all language professionals at Serbian partner HEIs A4.2: Devising guidelines for providing language support to teaching staff A4.3: Organizing language support services to university administrative staff A4.4: Developing and improving the guidelines for organizing language support for foreign students coming to Serbian institutions

Establishing cooperation networks among all language professionals at Serbian partner universities: A4.1: Establishing cooperation networks among all language professionals at Serbian partner universities: Target groups: 1.foreign language teachers at HEIs, 2.translators/interpreters, 3.international officers at Serbian universities.  Cooperation networks will outline a general plan for offering various kinds of language support services at their institutions NOMINATE Task Leaders locally, preferably EFL university teachers, help of Serbian EFL teachers association Partners involved: all Serbian partner HEIs D4.1: Cooperation networks of language professionals Delivery date: Duration: 9 months

A4.4 : Developing and improving the guidelines for organizing language support for foreign students coming to Serbian institutions Target groups: Target groups: Teachers and students  Through designing the model for Serbian courses of various complexity and duration, taking into consideration the experience from foreign partner universities in this field. ROLES AND TASKS OF CONSORTIUM PARTNERS 1.Lead partner UNI: Coordinate providing language support at HEIs in Serbia Coordinate the establishing of cooperation networks among all language professionals at Serbia partner HEIs in order to develop and improve guidelines for language support Design an ESP course model for administrative staff Design a model for Serbian language classes for foreign students

Serbian partner HEIs ( BU, UNS, UNIKG, SUNP,COT) Establish a network of the language professionals at its constituents, help design and implement the ESP courses for administrative staff and Serbian language classes for foreign students 3. EU partners (UMA,UJ,UNIBA,MUNI) Provide advice related to the models of native language courses for foreign students
