2017 Program Details Program orientation: Begining of Sept. (to be confirmed) 2017 Program duration: Begining of Sept. – Mid December Each Audencia Nantes student will be enrolled in Five 40 hour courses: This year the students are taking the following courses : 1. Forensic Accounting(40 hours) 2. Advanced Finance (40 hours) 3. Risk Management (40 hours) 4. Investment and Portfolio Management (40 hours) 5. Machine Marketing (40 hours)

Students will be sponsored by Pace to apply for J-1 Exchange Visa and will be able to enter the U.S. up to 30 days prior to the program’s start date. Employment is not allowed during the program. Post completion, students can participate in an internship related to their field of study for the same duration as their program at Pace (up to nine months). Internship workshop will be offered. Housing Pace is not responsible for your housing choice and most students successfully find housing on their own through craigslist.org and other brokers and websites. Many students are sharing and finding that Manhattan is not as expensive as it seems.

Housing Resources (II) Voilà New York – A French language website with practical information about living in New York City. Provides a listing of French speaking apartment brokers and agencies: - Homepage Finding an apartment - Sarah’s Homestay - Places students in homestays, residence halls and studio apartments. - Homepage - Educational Housing Services (EHS) – Offers housing uniquely to university students studying in New York City. Residents only have to pay one bill each month to EHS for room, electricity, cable, internet and gym. Since their housing offers premium services (security, shared kitchens, computer labs etc.), many of our students find it on the expensive side. You have the choice of living in a single room or rooming with other students (you can request to room with a native English speaker). Their St. George residence in Brooklyn Heights is their nicest residence and is only one subway stop away from Pace University. Their 55 John Street residence is 2 blocks away from Pace and houses many Pace students. - List of EHS residences:
