B) NQC provides short-term, on-site technical assistance and HIVQUAL provides long-term technical assistance. C) NQC only works with Part C and Part D grantees; HIVQUAL works with all Parts and other Ryan White Grantees (e.g AETCs). D) HIVQUAL is managed by the AIDS Institute, whereas the National Quality Center functions independently of the AIDS Institute.
