Poverty Reduction The Poverty Reduction domain measures each country’s global citizenship commitment in three major areas: o the extent to which countries have signed and ratified international conventions and agreements related to poverty reduction and development o the level of each country’s monitoring and reporting for international poverty reduction commitments and to the corresponding organizations o the extent to which countries have implemented the principles of these conventions
