+ Team Building The secrets of the Andalusian Capital Seville – March 2015

+ The Andalusian Capital Secrets The purpose of this activity is to explore the city and its culture. Each phase of the event allows the discovery of a part of the city, crossing streets, small squares, patios, through a treasure hunt. The goal is to soak up the Andalusian culture penetrating the world of the fans, the Manila shawl, bullfighting, incense, Holy week tailors costumes, etc.. The Team Building will take place throughout the day and will be approximately of 3 hours duration. 550 people will be divided into groups of 20 each, creating 27 groups in total. Each group will have one road book designed especially for this occasion that will tell them the different stages of Team-Building. The aim is that participants can cross the most characteristic neighborhoods of Seville, the course will start in the district of Triana, and pass through the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, the one of the Alfalfa, the Macarena district and ending in front of the Parliament of Andalusia. The different groups will have a challenge in every neighborhood, in other words the will have to resolve 4 challenges in total.

+ Workshops: Location: District of Triana, Neighborhoods of Santa Cruz and Alfalfa and the Macarena district. Objective: Looking for accesories and suites for the Sevillian Holy Week ( Mantilla) and finding a torero known as Joselito el Gallo. The team, which first resolves all challenges, wins. + Fan Workshop Objective : Learning three words of the Fan language in order to take a photo in the street with a person reproducing the meaning of the words just learned. Estimated time : 15 minutes. Location : Neighborhood of Santa Cruz.

+ Fan Workshop Materials: 27 red fans. Workshop Decoration: Set representing a typical sevillian home, geranium vases, big decorative fans (red and black), straw bales and bird-cages. 3 extras with a typical Andalusian styling will teach them the secrets of the Fan Language. + M ANTILLA AND C OMB Workshop Objective : Learning how to put on a Mantilla and the comb on and how to wear them. Estimated time: 15 minutes Location : Neighborhood of Santa Cruz

+ M ANTILLA AND C OMB Workshop Materials : 27 mantillas and 27 combs. Decoration: typical Andalusian decorative elements, such as typical Sevillan chairs, Spanish guitars, cruches, geraniums vases, etc. 3 girls wearing the Mantilla costume. Audiovisual materials: Not included.

+ M ANTILLA AND C OMB Workshop

+ Neighborhood of Santa Cruz

+ C OSTUME Workshop Objective : Get the Mantilla costume, wear it and hand-embroid the initials on a handkerchief. Estimated time : 20 minutes. Location : Neighborhood of Alfalfa.

+ C OSTUME Workshop Materials: 27 mantilla costumes, 27 pairs of lace gloves and 27 handkerchief to hand-embroid. Decoration: lanterns between trees, straw bales, material for needlework, sewing machine, mannequins, typical Sevillan tables and chairs as a support for the girls wearing mantillas. Extras: wearing typical Andalusian dresses with a typical Andalusian styling and explaining the participants how to get dressed and to hand-embroid their initials on the handkerchief. + C OSTUME Workshop

+ BULLFIGHTER Workshop Objective : Learning some movements of the bullfighter’s cape and take a pictures as a torero with a Sevillian as the bull. Estimated time : 15 minutes. Location: Macarena district.

+ Bullfighter Workshop Materials: 27 bullfighter’s cape and banderillas. Decoration: Traditional elements of a Bullfighting arena, hats, cape, banderillas, manille shawl and carnations. 3 Torero extras. A musical group called “Banda”, typical of the bullrings that will play every time a group will reach the end of the Team Building. Soft-drinks.
