Baltona Foreign Trade Company "Baltona"- Joint-stock Company is a company, that functions in the internal market in the area of ​​passenger service at international airports and border crossings in Poland, supplying vessels in the Polish sea ports and diplomatic missions. Baltona in Poland has the largest network of duty-free shops at airports in Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Poznan, Rzeszow and Wroclaw. PHZ Baltona SA holds 100% of shares in three limited liability companies: -Baltona Shipchandlers -Baltona Service -Baltona Swinoujscie It is also a major shareholder in the company BH Travel Retail Poland.

Baltic Container Terminal The container terminal located in the Port of Gdynia. Construction of the terminal began in 1976 and was located in the area of the so-called. western port of Gdynia. October 29, 1979, the terminal handled the first vessel - Ro-Ro m/s "BALTIC EAGLE", flying for service Polanglia. At the end of the nineties terminal handling capacity reached TEU. In May 2003, the company BCT-Baltic Container Terminal corporation was bought by ICTDI (International Container Terminal Services, Inc.). Currentl annual handling capacity is TEUsand there are actions taken to increase the capacity to 1.2 million TEUs. In 2011 the company employed 280 people. TEU-name unit of measure is derived from a standard container with dimensions of 20 × 8 × 8.5 feet, or 6.10 × 2.44 × 2.59 meter or about 39 m3.

Municipal Transport Company in Gdynia Municipal Transport Company in Gdynia was created 15 July 1994 following the division of the Municipal Department of Communication in Gdynia on three independent companies. In the years the company passed a thorough restructuring of employment and assets, and October 27, 2000, the company moved to new premises in Kacze Buki - which is the most modern bus depot in the country. This Company specializes in services related to the scheduled passenger transport and transport in urban transport. It is the largest carrier in the network ZKM Gdynia. It supports 43% of the bus service in Gdynia and surrounding communities. The PKM bus fleet consists of 93 vehicles, mainly Jelcz-Mercedes O405N2/M122 and also MAN and Volvo buses. The 27 vehicles operates satellite information system about bus stops. To be more environmentally friendly, the company has successively introduced vehicles using compressed natural gas. Buses purchased in recent years may also be refueled with biogas.

Radmor The company produces electronic devices, mainly for military purposes (such as radios). In the 70s and 80s of the twentieth century it belonged to the Union of Electronic Industry UNITRA. Starting from the 70s of the twentieth century until the end of the 90s of the twentieth century the company produced home audio equipment. The first product on the civil market was "Radmor 5100" created in 1977, designed by renowned designer Gregory Strzelewicz, in cooperation with the Institute of Telecommunications and PTH Industrial Design Centre in Warsaw. Built with the foreign components - it was the most technically advanced audio equipment in the time of PRL (People's Republic of Poland). Today, the company continues to manufacture transmission equipment mainly for the uniformed services, based on government contracts. Since 2011, the company belongs to the WB Electronics.

Vectra The joint- stock company with registered office in Gdynia, one of the largest cable TV operators. It offers its services in 164 cities and according to the Polish Chamber of Electronic Communication, currently has about subscribers (17.71% of the market), making it the third place among all cable TV operators in Poland. Apart from providing access to over 150 TV channels, including independent local television, in its package it has broadband Internet access and offers fixed telephony of VoIP type.
