Overview of Contents Educational Philosophy Classroom Management Plan Different School Models Effective Lesson Planning and Design Assessment Matters Personal Interview

Educational Philosophy (Week1) Teaching to me in this century and from the past is like a doctor having a patient. By helping children that are ready for a new adventure, this is how I see my experience in teaching and not forming any other disabilities. The forms of teaching visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning. 21st CenturyMyEducationalPhilosophy.docx

Classroom Management (Week 2) Classroom management is setting up a good structure for children visually encounter themselves as visionaries. The children will walk into the classroom and see their pictures on the wall to see what they can continue to accomplish, becoming innovators for the next future. Learning the aspects of rules and regulations in the meantime. Indentify the Plan.docx

Different School Models (Week 3) Two schools, which implement blended learning and online learning. Both school can either be informal or formal, but teaching children the same concept can come from either school. How these schools represent teaching with integrating children face-to-face, or online to integrate them as well. Schools in the 21st Century.docx

Effective Lesson Planning and Design (Week 4) Incorporating the Common Core State Standards (CCSS), but not making it a definite agenda to follow directly. This standard is to show teachers a way in how to create their own activities and show exhibits in how students will learn in the 21 st century, through virtual organization. Mastering the Goal by Reaching Educational Destinations.pptx Mastering the Goal by Reaching Educational Destinations.pptx

Assessment Matters (Week 5) Deciphering the difference between Formative and Summative assessments. The Board of Education has decided to grade teachers as well as students on their teaching skills. The education board wants to make certain that teachers are getting the message across to students picking up the right concept in assessments for life skills. Testing the Knowledge.docx

Personal Interview Describe my philosophy of education. Children have to looked upon as great individual that have a slight disability and are wanting to improved their disability. Briefly share your idea of a successful classroom management plan. Children are able to learn through art, because of the scenery by designing it on the computer and writing it out to give a speech. Explain which model of teaching you believe the school should implement and why are you making this recommendation. The school should teach the distributive property, because it is fast and easy way in learning the how to balance a savings or checking account, through withdrawals and deposits. Identify the role you believe students play in the learning process. I believe students are gaining much attention through the relationship of teacher -student interactions, because the students that are quick learners will be able to critically think and show an example to other students learning. Share your thoughts on what building an inclusive professional learning community means. Teachers should support one another in learning and implement more research in the new technology world and find better material that will help students concepts in cognitive thinking.. Describe what one could expect to see if he or she entered your classroom during the school day. One would see my students name on the classroom walls and the title “Wall of Fame.” These are my visionaries and they need to see themselves as visionaries to keep working hard in life.

Personal Interview I am a very resilient teacher, which I would teach my children the same aspect in life’s ups and down. I love using music to capture children’s attention in learning, because this how I grow up in my family. Also, I love researching new information and learning new material. The best way in learning better and fast is through reading constantly, I am a very avid reader.
