3 Air New Zealand Conference Support Programme Great having Air NZ as a partner, and helps to validate conference sponsor activity Useful for delegates travelling from the Pacific Rim, from destinations Air NZ fly to Useful having free-of-charge flights to use, even before delegates are booked Difficult to use as only valid for a one month booking period Not available on partner airlines, and creates a confusing pricing system Little uptake, on average less than 10 uses per event Star Alliance Conference Support Programmes Great as there are effectively 28 partner airlines for the event, without 28 agreements Enjoy the discounts of up to 20%, especially in business class Like the access to the organiser support credit Only required to have 50 international delegates Can take up to three weeks to set up Requires delegates to book before support credit is unlocked Air New Zealand Famil programme Always nice not having to pay for flights! Difficult back-and-forth negotiation process to secure seats If not available, required to pay full fare + any service fees Background - Feedback
