TDC Council Input.  Regional overview of development.  Must provide community facilities.  Well aware of the process required.  Land purchase and negotiation.  Community facility rate, July  Up to 80% of costs funded.  Compliance requirements.  Advertising and promotion.

Designing the building.   Possibly the most difficult part.   All user groups had input.   Architect on Trust.   Code requirements.   Research around preferred options.   Consensus had to win.   Plan 7B before accepted.

Considerations in design.  Totally accessible.  Capable of hosting specific numbers.  Stage for productions.  Commercial kitchen and bar.  Water storage and catchments.  Service access.  Sports viewing and general outlook.

Funding and Sponsorship.  Donations.  Sale of Assets.  Naming Rights.  Business sponsorship.  Community Vine Sponsorship.  A Country occasion.  Annual auction.  Gaming machines and others.  Internal event.

Building the Complex.  Local Contractor engaged.  Trust board input into all decisions.  Sub Contractors.

Building Completion  Opened two weeks before Rangers 50 th Jubilee.  Major promotion around opening with a dawn blessing and an open day.  Finished on time, within budget and with funds left in reserve already allocated for completion of specific projects.

Management  Management Structure.  Accommodating Key Stakeholders.  Volunteer Based?  Acceptance.  Board Structure.  Governance or Operation.
