START Facilities – Construct covered loading area at JDPS – Restrooms & concessions at JDMS – Repair old gym for a multi-purpose facility – Pave road between HS & PS Technology – Allow students to take Chromebooks home – Formalize process for new and exiting employees

START Personnel – Offer a Health Savings Account – Employee discounts at local businesses – Increase clerical and paraprofessional salaries – Increase classified sick days – Add a local supplement – Drug test teachers and paraprofessionals – More professional learning opportunities – Pre-K nurse and counselor – ½ day Math & Science teacher at JDCLA – Local policy to NOT use personal days before/after holidays

START Instruction – More $$$ for classroom supplies, more resources in inclusion classrooms – Add more Read 180 & System 44 – Add Math 180 – Increase field trip opportunities – Saxon Math in Grades 1 & 2 – Start each day at all schools with Reading time – Increase offerings with Technical College and add CTAE offerings – Lower class sizes for low level classes
