PHYSICAL EazyMcSqueezy.com v16.1

What do I mean by physical? Doing something other than sitting & sleeping. Doing something that moves parts of your body. It may increase muscle tone, increase ease of breathing, or just make you feel better. EazyMcSqueezy.com v16.1

Why do you need to do anything? Diabetes is an “internal” disease, you cannot tell what it is doing from the outside. Your body changes over time, exercise slows down some of these changes. Increasing blood flow helps improve circulation, reducing diabetic neuropathy. EazyMcSqueezy.com v16.1

Exercise or Fun? It should be FUN. You must ENJOY what you are doing. If it HURTS do not do it, find an alternative. Slow and steady is better than fast and quick. Repetitive low weight better than few very heavy weights. If you feel the affects of Low Blood Sugar, Stop. EazyMcSqueezy.com v16.1

Do you have to keep track? Do you want to measure progress? Will you do more than one activity? Can you remember what to do? Can you remember how much you did? Do you always do the same amount of each exercise each time. EazyMcSqueezy.com v16.1
