Keynote Speakers TJ Bliss, Education Program Manager from the Hewlett Foundation. His research spans OER quality and next-generation assessment systems to measure student achievement of deeper learning skills. Julie Schell, Director at the University of Texas Institute for Transformational Learning and a research associate in the Mazur Group at Harvard University.
