Understand how to identify institutional motivations for sustainability and use these motivations for campus- or installation-wide planning Learn practical and transferable tools and strategies to plan, implement, measure, and evaluate efforts to effect change in organizations to achieve energy and sustainability goals at campus- or installation-wide levels (rather than individual facilities). 2
