11 Diversity and Inclusion Training- Employee Development Time Warner Cable provides Diversity & Inclusion Workshops and training for all employees to incorporate our goals on diversity and bring our inclusion value to life in everyday business practices. Diversity and Inclusion training is about business. It is about the way we include people in essential business 99% of all leaders – EVP through supervisors completed the 8 hour class. 30% of front-line employees have completed the 4 hour class.
