Have lots of carbs to give them energy in their work out. What I eat now!

Dinner 1/2 ounce unsalted baked yellow corn tortilla chips 4 ounces of salmon Fish 2 cups of salad - mixed baby greens with, lettuce 1 sliced red tomato
