 CFD is being used to analyze and optimize the aerodynamics, Stability & Control of the North American Eagle.  CEI EnSight software was chosen for it’s excellent post-processing capability, tool sets, and robustness to analyze complex solutions.  The use of iso-surfaces and particle traces have been used to gain a better understanding the shocks and ground proximity effects.  PYTHON scripting language is being used to automate the post- processing of a large amount of CFD data, leading to a more efficient, productive, and repeatable processes /09/2011 CEI Users Conference Tokyo Japan
