Your Company What you say, how you say it, how you appear and your behavior results in the actions of your coworkers. Practice MBWA, Management by Walking Around. Recognize coworkers for things well done. Create coworker career paths. Build and maintain a customer focused marketing driven company culture made up of coworkers with the right attitude.

Your Community Be involved. This includes you and your company leaders. Example: Networking groups, service clubs, speaking opportunities, Chambers. Find or create an on-going charitable project. The publicity is ok. Your company can be recognized as a good community citizen.

Your Profession Share your experience and knowledge with others. Reach out and help others. Do it on your own or through Service Roundtable and/or Service Nation. Be willing to write and/or speak.
