Getting there Coaches will leave at 9am sharp (suggestion be there by 8.45am) If you miss the coach… You will be assigned seats on the coach which you will be given this in tutor. You will assigned to a staff member who will register you through the day.

When your there Stay in groups of no less than 3 people. If there is a problem then a staff members will be at the coffee shop in the DOME. Lunch is down to you to sort out- pack or buy but talk to your friends and see what they are doing. If you need to get hold of a member of staff during the day then you can call on:

Leaving Coaches will be leaving at 4pm sharp. You must meet your staff member outside the gate side of the dome to register and walk to the coach at Should arrive back at school by 5pm. But you will be told on the coach when to contact your parents when we are half an hour away.
