Study Plan requirements (General) Study Plan needs to be finished in the first month of registration with guidance of supervisor and Cultivation Plan. After completion, please log into the system to print three copies, one held by student, one by supervisor, and one by your departmental academic advisor Jaccount application before making study plan (how to?) GPA ≥2.0 is required for graduation Notice ： Make sure you submit study plan after supervisor’s review Students could not change study plan by themselves. If one has to change, please make changes in the system and submit “ 研究生培养 计划修改表 ” in the first two weeks each semester to SEIEE Graduate Office

Study Plan Requirements （ Doctor ） Doctoral student need take ≥16 credits to graduate(first three semesters) ： Public compulsory courses 公共必修课 Chinese Culture: 2 credits Chinese Language: 2 credits Selection of at least 1 to 2 courses of other disciplines as public compulsory courses is required. Major courses 专业课 Public Electives 公共选修课 Selection of 1 to 2 related discipline courses at doctor, master and bachelor level is allowed

Study Plan Requirements （ Master ） Master student need take ≥30 credits to graduate ： 1. Degree courses 学位课 ≥19 Chinese Culture 中国文化概论 2 credits Chinese language 中文 2 credits Math classes: 3+3 credits （矩阵理论 Matrix Theory & 计算方法 Computing Method ） Other major related courses: ≥ 9 credits 2. Non-degree courses 非学位课 Complete the credits to 30 in total

How to finish class registration Find the English classes you feel interest in the English course spreadsheet Find class location and time, taste the classes in first two weeks in the beginning of 1 st semester(Non-degree courses starts with “F” ， Degree with “X” ， Doctoral Class with “C”)Find class location and time Finish Study Plan before selecting classes, with the guidance of supervisor Chinese Test ： （ Tuesday ） 18:00-20:00 Class Time ： Chinese Language and Chinese Culture(week 3-16) ， other degree courses (week2-16) Check your system for grades two weeks after final exams

Key procedures you could never forget ： Doctor students: Qualification exam （ first month of 3 rd semester ）； proposal(before end of 3 rd semester ； intermediate assessment(one year after proposal ）。 Master students: intermediate assessment ： first month of 3 rd semester; proposal ： end of 3 rd semester Requirements to graduate: Courses （ Master≥30 ， Doctor≥19) and GPA: ≥2.0 Publication: Consult your Supervisor Thesis/Dissertation Schooling length: Doctor: normally 3-4 years, 2.5 min., 6 max. Master: normally years, 1.5 min., 3.5 max. Each semester, please come to SEIEE Graduate Office to register. Ask for leave if you would be late. Or you would be forced to quit school.
