Beginning Chassis Build Season

Parts List Structure 2x20 Beam (2) 2x16 Beam (4) 2x10 Beam (2) Large Chassis Connector (20) 1x1 Connector Pin (36) Motion Shaft Bushing (4) 6x Pitch Shaft (6) Shaft Collar (16) 2x2 Shaft Lock Plate (4) Sprocket 16 Tooth (4) Sprocket 24 Tooth (2) Chain Link 48 (2) Rubber Wheel (2) Omni Wheel (2) Electronics Motor (2)

Step 1: Connect 2-2x20 Beams and 2-2x16 Beams using 8 Large Chassis Connectors

Step 2: Add 2 Shaft Bushings to Left 2x16 Beam

Step 3: Add 3-6x Pitch Shafts to Left 2x16 Beam

Step 4: Add 1 Shaft Collar to Middle Shaft

Step 5: Add 24 Tooth Sprocket to Middle Shaft Add 16 Tooth Sprocket to Front and Back Shafts

Step 6: Add 1 Shaft Collar to Each Shaft

Step 7: Connect Shaft Locking Plate to 1 Rubber Wheel and 1 Omni Wheel Using 4-1x1 Connector Pins Each

Step 8: Insert Rubber Wheel on Back Shaft and Omni Wheel on Front Shaft (Flat Side Down)

Step 9: Insert 1 Shaft Collar on Front and Back Shafts Going Into Each Wheel

Step 10: Insert 1 Shaft Collar on Front and Back Shafts Near Top of Each Shaft

Step 11: Connect 1-2x16 Beam to Chassis Using 4 Large Chassis Connectors

Step 12: Connect 7-1x1 Connector Pins to Motor

Step 13: Connect Motor to Middle Shaft (Wire Connector Side Facing Back)

Step 14: Flip Robot (Watch for Tipping)

Step 15: Add 2 Shaft Bushings to Right 2x16 Beam

Step 16: Add 3-6x Pitch Shafts to Right 2x16 Beam

Step 17: Add 1 Shaft Collar to Middle Shaft

Step 18: Add 24 Tooth Sprocket to Middle Shaft Add 16 Tooth Sprocket to Front and Back Shafts

Step 19: Add 1 Shaft Collar to Each Shaft

Step 20: Connect Shaft Locking Plate to 1 Rubber Wheel and 1 Omni Wheel Using 4-1x1 Connector Pins Each

Step 21: Insert Rubber Wheel on Back Shaft and Omni Wheel on Front Shaft (Flat Side Down)

Step 22: Insert 1 Shaft Collar on Front and Back Shafts Going Into Each Wheel

Step 23: Insert 1 Shaft Collar on Front and Back Shafts Near Top of Each Shaft

Step 24: Connect 1-2x16 Beam to Chassis Using 4 Large Chassis Connectors

Step 25: Connect 7-1x1 Connector Pins to Motor

Step 26: Connect Motor to Middle Shaft (Wire Connector Side Facing Back)

Step 27: Place Chassis On Wheels

Step 28: Connect 1-2x10 Beam to Rear Bumper Chassis Connectors Using 6 1x1 Connector Pins

Step 29: Add 4 Large Chassis Connectors to Inside Beams Wrapping Around Front Shafts

Step 30: Add 1-2x10 Beam to Large Chassis Connectors

Step 31: Add 48 Link Chain to Both Sets of Sprockets
