 Local “OBM” client install on each PC\Laptop\Server that needs to be backed up  Network authentication  Encrypted communication  Daily Backup Reports ed to customer and/or administrator  Logs scrubbed by engineers daily

 Up to 256-bit AES encryption at rest and Secure SSL 256-bit encryption in transit  We never see a customer’s ‘real’ data because it’s always stored in an encrypted format  Encryption Keys  Data cannot be restored if the key is lost  ISO certification prohibits us from having encryption keys

 All data stored in our vaults is compressed  We only charge for compressed data  Temp Space Requirements  System must have 150% of data size in temp space available on machine to be backed up

 Exchange  Database vs. MLR  For DB backup, we only back up DB, no logs  We do support mail-level backups  SQL  We only back up DB, no logs  Virtualization  We can back up Hyper-V and VMWare (including host)

 28 days standard retention for incremental backups  3 months standard retention for monthly snapshots (run on 1st of the month)  Retention settings can be customized based on customer’s audit requirements
