Good Times Ranch “The Best Treat In Town” A modern, full service approach to the care of man’s best friend.

About Us  Husband and wife team, Tom and Jen Branstetter have dreamed of opening a K9 boarding facility for years. Tom being an avid sportsman and veteran of the military where he served for several years understands what it means to be dedicated to the task at hand. Obtaining a Bachelors in Entrepreneurship from the American Military University has advanced his education in order to reach his goal of owning a family business. Working alongside his wife, the enjoyment of dogs, and the ability to serve the public has been dream of his for quite some time.  Jen having trained dogs for over 15 years, brings forth a wealth of knowledge not only in the dog training world but also in business world as well. Obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Business Management as well as an Associates Degree in Animal Care Management from Becker College in Massachusetts has helped her on her way towards obtaining her dream of owning and operating a professional, fun, creative workplace that serves the public to the best of their abilities.

Our Focus  Good Times Ranch is a full-service animal care facility dedicated to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, quality pet care, and furnishing a fun, clean, enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price. We will maintain a friendly creative work environment which respects diversity, fresh ideas, and hard, yet rewarding work.  As statistics show, animals are playing a much larger role in our lives, and working people are choosing to provide them with a good life. For customer convenience, in addition to day care, Good Times Ranch will include overnight care, pick-up and delivery, wash your own options, pet grooming, animal behavior training, 24 hour surveillance service, and special requests, all wrapped up at one facility.  To achieve our objectives, Good Times Ranch is seeking financial assistance from a reputable angel investor. We understand that undertaking a venture such as this requires financial assistance. However, our focus is not only about obtaining the necessary capital but equally as important is the desire to form a positive working partnership based on respect and trust.  Our focus is and always has been treating people the way we want to be treated. Applying this to the animal service industry is no different. We desire to make this dream a reality not only for ourselves but for those we wish to serve.

Concept of Services  At Good Times Ranch we offer full service boarding and day camp for your pet  Delivery and Pickup Options by our safe, certified drivers  In house grooming services to include, bathing, trimming, ear cleaning, nail care and teeth cleaning  Day camp, overnight as well as extended stay services

Our Facility  An envisioned 4500 sq. ft. facility will offer the latest in full service pet care. State of the art equipment, kennels, and grooming equipment provide unrivaled care for your pet  A friendly, safe, clean facility sets the standard in the dog boarding industry  A soothing, relaxing environment ensures a positive experience for your pet  Separate indoor/outdoor play areas for large, medium and small dogs in order to facilitate all breeds, sizes and temperaments  Specialized care and service for all pet needs, to include individual suites, personal grooming, and supervised play time  24 hour video surveillance provides a secure environment and also allows owners to check in and see their pets

Financial Statements  Financial statements will be carefully generated and presented in a clear, logical manner. The ability for investors to see complete transparency in the overall picture will benefit everyone in making the best possible decisions.

Exit Strategy  Our main goal at Good Times Ranch is to continue to allow the facility to be a family owned, and operated business. Our goal is to see moderate growth and continue to draw from the generated revenue. Eventually transferring the company into the hands of our children.  Another viable option will be to continue to operate at a efficient level and potentially sell to an interested buyer at a future opportune time.

Part 2: Tips for a Great Presentation  Key factors to include will be an executive summary, financial statements, and potential exit strategies.  A thorough presentation clearly demonstrates key components such as personalized stories that investors can relate to. The ability to connect on an emotional level appeals many investors  The ability to effectively use pictures to tell a story of who you are and what you are all about is another useful tool as well.  Understanding the balance between sheer information and personal connection is key. Obviously investors will want to see critical information such as overall costs etc. but there is a fine line when it comes to overloading people with information.  Keeping things simple and too the point. Sell yourself, your passions, influences, and what you bring to the table.  Engaging your audience is another awesome tool that can truly effect the outcome of the presentation. Utilizing other team members and delegating tasks throughout the presentation show leadership skills that demonstrates confidence, an important characteristic
