The Whole Game System – Delivery Impact April 2013Online league sanction and club affiliation process 12 Pilot County FAs only Cross Boundary Implications You will need to be aware of those clubs that play in your league or cup competitions, but are affiliated to a County FA not participating within the Pilot process will need to affiliate with the non-pilot County FA still via a manual process. On receipt this information that County FA will need to be manually entered into CAS from where it will migrate across into the Whole Game System

Whole Game System integration with Full-Time will allow all data to be shared across the game The Whole Game System will be integrated with Full-Time in June 2013 offering significant advantages to the 700 leagues currently using it Leagues not using Full-Time have time to reflect on how The Whole Game System and Full-Time can improve the efficiency of their League Integration with Full-Time

Late June 2013Integration with Full Time Full-Time will automatically update County FA, clubs and players on matches which qualify for suspensions, including postponements and re-arrangements Referee appointing will operate off a central calendar, Respect marks from clubs will be integrated with Respect marks from referees including reports in WGS Fixtures from outside competitions will be automatically integrated for all teams within a league Pitch sharing visibility will be available for all grounds via integration of ground data in WGS Grounds and pitches will be automatically integrated with Pitchfinder

Late June 2013Integration with Full Time Clubs and Teams will be automatically created and updated from WGS data Charter Standard status will be automatically updated according to WGS data Team Contacts will be automatically updated according to club managed data within WGS Player registrations can be automatically managed from data within Whole Game System Suspensions will be automatically updated from Whole Game System data for all registered players

Most importantly Manchester FA will offer a bespoke service to meet the needs of our Leagues. We will personally assist (On-site) the Leagues in the use of the new system for 2013/14. Customer interface (MyFootball Portal) designed to be as easy for customer to use as possible Online training functions to be provided by The FA/County FA To include video, PDF, and FAQs Additional support such as training workshops may be offered by County FAs as required Support will continue throughout various phases of delivery Training, Support and Communication

County FA and The FA committed to supporting league officials through delivery of The Whole Game System. CEO and MFA team to attend (if required) individual League Management Committee Meetings and present and discuss key issues and solutions. (Book them in now) Agree timescales for Roll Out to Clubs, communicate this to Leagues. To communicate our 2013/14 Membership Offer to Leagues and Clubs The Whole Game System is a fundamental change in the administration of grassroots football – there may be minor irritations ahead, but once the system has bedded in the benefits to all concerned will be far-reaching.
