20 years as a staff nurse working in multiple specialties, i.e. OR, Oncology, ER and Critical Care 10 years in Supervisory, Management and Program Development i.e.. Off Shift Supervisor in tertiary hospital, Nurse Manager on the Trauma/ Step Down Unit and Developed Geriatric Programs at Crozer Chester Medical Center

10 years as an Advance Practice Nurse, provided Primary Care to 111 residents and patients in a LTC/Rehab facility. Developed, implemented and provided Consultative Services for the Palliative Care Program at Crozer Chester Medical Center.

Developed, implemented and served as provider for the Geriatric Evaluation and Management Program and Palliative Care Program at the Wilmington Veterans Affairs Medical Center (WVAMC). Served on the Ethics committee at the WVAMC for 6 years 3 as Co Chair. Selected to be on the National Geriatric Extended Care Field Advisory Committee (GEC FAC) for the VA.

With 40 years of diverse nursing experience and the knowledge I have gained in my MJ program, I feel I would be a strong asset to a company or firm. I have a proven record of strong leadership qualities and success at producing programs that have benefited the elderly and patients with chronic and end stage illnesses. I am a consistent advocate for veterans everyday. THANK YOU for your time.
