eLibrary Overview The World Bank eLibrary is the Bank’s subscription-based online collection of 8,000+ publications and research on international development and issues related to poverty reduction. It focuses on the unique needs of the library, research and academic communities, and offers a value-added platform through its functionality, ease of use, and many time-saving tools.  Over 2,600 World Bank ebooks some dating from the 1970’s plus all new ebooks as they are published  Access to World Bank Economic Review and World Bank Research Observer Journals (currently published by OUP) since the 1970’s and with no embargoes  A growing archive of more than 4,600 Policy Research Working Papers  All World Bank flagships and annual publications (WDR, WDI, Doing Business etc.)
