2 25 REASONS TO CALL YOUR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Torrance Unified School District employees and their families have an Employee Assistance Program designed to help with personal problems such as marital and family conflicts, emotional difficulties, drug dependency and many other situations that affect one's happiness, health and productivity. Listed below are just some of the reasons you can use your EAP. Remember, the EAP is not limited to crisis situations, but can also help employees and their family members with everyday problems. 3 EAP On the Web Achieve Solutions is the online component of Torrance Unified School District’s comprehensive Employee Assistance Program. Through new technology, Achieve Solutions expands the ways you can access your EAP, by allowing you to obtain resource information and educational materials online. The Achieve Solutions Web site allows you to access information on balancing work and family, taking care of dependents such as children or elders, legal and financial issues, relationships and life skills. Once online, you can easily select from a range of topics of interest, including:  Events & Transitions  Work & Personal Growth  Depression & Anxiety  Health & Wellness  Substance Abuse  Legal & Financial  Child &Elder Care  Education In addition, unique interactive training programs enable you to improve skills in an engaging multifaceted format.
