Conclusion Investment aims to achieve Steady State by 2020 Funding constraints in early years –PT - €348m in 2016 rising to €845m in 2022 –Roads - €591m in 2016 rising to €1.08bn in 2022 Expanded time horizon enables progress to be made on significant new projects to support economic growth and contribute to our climate mitigation targets
