TIMELINES – PG. 5 To download the TAR, log onto the Online Training System (OTS) and go to the Transition Attainment Record tab under Teacher Tools. Complete the TAR anytime after test administrator training and certification. Recommend completing the TAR in conjunction with Transition Planning meeting or the Annual Admissions and Release Committee (ARC) meeting if possible. STEPS TO COMPLETING THE TAR - CONTINUED 5.Respond to every item and record documentation location. 6.Design and utilize an assessment activity when unsure of student’s current performance (page 9 of Administration Guide). 7.Review the TAR to ensure everything is completed. 8.Make sure the student interview has been completed.
