The inquiry Data gathering similar to strengths based inquiry using the navigator tool/ observations/ student interview/ teacher interviews/ Dean interviews/ whanau interviews/school data etc. After analysis of the information looking at key elements in supporting Pathways: A learning profile for teachers. Appropriate goals around work and life skills that are through the key competencies within the mainstream.

Pathways Unique to each school and community. Unique to every student. No one size fits all.
